Clay Roup is a WSET-3 certified sommelier based in Fredericksburg, Texas. A well-known name in the Texas Wine world, Clay has past experience as the Marketing Director at Hoover Valley Vineyards and Director of Education at William Chris Vineyards. With experience running 100s of tastings and wine education classes, Clay’s passion and love of wine, history, and Texas come out naturally in our engaging, interpersonal tasting & education events!
