Serrano Wines Montepulciano, 2019

Serrano Wines

This Texas wine has powerful tannins and fairly high acidity. With strong aromas and flavors, the most notable flavors include hints of oregano, pepper, tobacco, and black fruits.

This Montepulciano was winemaker Sarah Garrett's first Texas red and 1st vintage working with an Italian varietal. The goal was to craft a wine that possessed a traditional flavor profile for the grape while also showcasing the terroir of the Texas High Plains.
