This wine is unique in the world: the grapes come from some of the oldest vines in the world, but above all, only local grape varieties are used such as Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto. These three types are aged separately and then each year, and only at the time of bottling, are blended differently following the indications that come from the vintage and the evolution of the wine . Production is very limited and varies between 3000 and 5000 bottles: for the 2021 vintage, production amounted to 3940 bottles.

Also, the bottle label itself has its own particularity in that the image reproduced represents the painting of painters from all over the world and is changed every year, the back labels are numbered and bear the signature of the artist and the producer, and each bottle becomes a unique piece. The first 200 labelled bottles are never sold and are stored in the cellar in wooden wooden crates in order to have a small stock from 2008, the first vintage produced.

This wine presents potency with a pleasing equilibrium of acidity and tannins. It pairs harmoniously with poultry, beef, or game meats such as deer or venison.

This wine was one of 200 selected for the James Suckling Grand Tasting in Hong Kong in 2022 and scored 92/100.

"Texas has a great variety of wines and makers. I really enjoy trying new wines, especially from Texas. I never realized how many fantastic wineries we have. Having wines full of flavor, and a nice variety delivered to my home is an exceptional experience. I enjoyed that during hott summer months the delivery focused on crisp lighter wines, yet, there was still great reds yo go with my grilled steak dinner. The information you send is educational and appreciated"
