In the Valle de Guadalupe, the relatively recent introduction of Viognier and Fiano finds its home in the "Campo Manaz" vineyard on the valley's eastern side. The silty-sandy soil here, deep and nurturing, proves ideal for the cultivation of white grape varieties, enhancing their varietal and floral characteristics.
Viognier, hailing from the Rhone Valley and renowned worldwide, contributes structure, aroma, alcohol, and body to the blend. Meanwhile, Fiano, a native of the southern Italian region of Campania, imparts finesse, elegance, and a profound aromatic depth. Together, these varieties create a harmonious and distinctive wine.
80% Viognier, 20% Fiano. Bright straw color. On the nose, elegant and clean with notes of citrus notes, tropical fruits and floral hints. Firm and pleasant finish with bright acidity.
